    John, I think these guidelines are wide ranging and have a strong focus on positive behaviour and outcomes. There appears to be a number of opportunities for parents to be involved in this type of programme before an incident occurs with their child. Behaviour toward others at school should not just be something promoted by the teachers but should be reinforced at home as well.
